Foot Health & Conditions

Your feet bear the weight of your entire body, taking thousands of steps every single day. Because they complexly integrate dozens of bones, joints, and soft tissues, even a minor issue in your feet can impact your overall mobility, posture, and daily comfort. Whether you are dealing with sharp heel pain, structural shifts, or skin and nail changes, understanding what is happening beneath the surface is the first step toward lasting relief and healthy movement.

Typical Consultation

When you schedule a consultation with one of our Canadian Certified Pedorthists, you are first invited to come for an assessment. This is when we evaluate your feet to provide the proper treatment plan. If custom-made orthotics is recommended, then we will take a three-dimensional cast of your feet. Your second consultation is for fitting while a third follow-up consultation will allow your pedorthist to make any adjustments.
